1. Zero tolerance

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • any minor appearing in, described in or targeted by sexual content;
  • child sexual abuse material in any form, including audio and text;
  • grooming, or any attempt to build contact with a minor for sexual purposes;
  • any solicitation involving minors;
  • human trafficking, or content that advertises or facilitates it;
  • sexual exploitation, coercion, threats or debt bondage of any person;
  • content produced, published or monetized for someone under another’s control.

Fictional framing or roleplay does not make such content acceptable. See the Content & Community Guidelines.

2. Prevention

  • Sonoroo is for adults only.
  • Creators must pass identity and age verification before publishing or monetizing.
  • Every recording is reviewed by a moderator before it is published.
  • At launch, a recording may contain only the verified creator’s own voice — see the Age, Identity & Consent Policy.

3. Reports are prioritised

Reports concerning minors, trafficking or exploitation are handled with the highest priority, within the timeline set out in Report Abuse. Report directly to legal@sonoroo.com.

4. What we do

  • Content and accounts may be restricted immediately, pending review.
  • Confirmed violations lead to permanent removal and account closure.
  • Related earnings may be withheld.
  • Relevant records may be preserved for investigation, including where required by law.
  • We cooperate with competent authorities where legally required, and report to them where the law requires it.

5. If someone is in danger

If you believe a child is in immediate danger or a person is being trafficked or exploited, contact the appropriate local authorities in addition to reporting the content to Sonoroo.
